California man, 70 accused of manslaughter after Minnesota girl, 6, dies in car fire



A 70-year-old California man has been charged with three felonies, including second-degree manslaughter, after he put a hot cookstove in the back of his van, causing a fire that spread to another vehicle, killing a 6-year-old girl and critically injuring her sister, authorities say.
